What this site does not collect

• No forms: the site does not collect any data you type.
• No cookies, no analytics, no advertising tools.
• Fonts are served from our own servers: no third-party calls on page load.
• Our web server does not keep visit logs.

If you email us

• Data: your email address, your name and the content of your message.
• Purpose: answering your request and, where relevant, preparing a quote.
• Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in answering the requests we receive.
• Recipient: our mailbox is provided by Google (Gmail). Google may process this data outside the European Union, including in the United States; Google LLC participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
• Retention: 3 years from our last exchange, or for the duration of the contract plus legal retention periods if an engagement is signed.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise them, write to chappellier.florent@gmail.com. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
